Sucking his thumb

It looks like he's missing the top of his head, but that's just where he's touch my uterus.
His eyes are open in this one

Eyes are closed, fist is curled up

One fist is up by his mouth (he's sucking his thumb) & the other hand is open up by his eyes/forehead.
His eyes are closed.
